Boost Your Water with Essential Oils!
If you, like many other people (myself included at times!) struggle trying get in enough water during your busy day-AND hate using public bathrooms-I have a tip that might make it a little easier. Add flavor and benefits to your water with food grade essential oils! Always use glass cups or bottles, never plastic. Besides not being a sustainable option, essential oils will break down the chemicals in plastic pretty quickly and you will end up digesting said chemicals. 1-3 drops is plenty depending on how much water you’re using. You can also check out my post, Living Water and Water for Life, for more info on why drinking water and staying hydrated is so important.
