Mango Rabbit Phoenix Night Market VIP Preview with She Forks Phoenix
On April 10th, I had the pleasure of attending a VIP tasting event at Mango Rabbit in collaboration with She Forks Phoenix. I previously collaborated with Mer on a private coffee+yoga event called Kindness and Caffeine with Mama’s Cold Brew that actually took place on the one year anniversary of the accident. I had a blast doing the event, but unfortunately also found out that it was too soon for me to start teaching yoga again due to the conditions caused by the accident. But I am trusting and believing that God will continue to heal me and that one day I will be able to teach again!
Anyhoo, back to this amazing event! Their mission is to “Bridge the cultures by serving people from different countries with our thoughtfully handcrafted boba drinks and Bubble Waffles.” From their site:
“Mango Rabbit, in Tempe, Arizona, offers a wide selection of fresh fruit drinks, boba, milk, bubble Waffles and traditional teas as well as coffee drinks and irresistible snacks.”
I can attest to that irresistibility because the items from the secret menu that we got to preview (that will be featured at the Phoenix Night Market later this month) were delicious and gorgeous to say the least. I, along with some other VIP bloggers from around The Valley, were the first to try Mango Rabbit’s Pineapple Passion Green Tea, Basil Popcorn Chicken Skewers with Sweet Chili Sauce, Matcha and Strawberry Custard Puddings, the Bunny Heart Bubble Waffle with Salted Caramel Ice Cream (and tiny gold edible hearts-so cute!) and of course a signature Boba drink to cap it all off.
Mango Rabbit definitely made my Instagram dreams come true with the Bunny Heart Bubble Waffle. I’d wistfully seen gorgeous bubble waffle pics on popular East Coast restaurant Insta pages and longed to try these beautiful and yummy-looking desserts. I can say for sure that thanks to Mango Rabbit, my first Bubble Waffle experience far exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to come back here with my son and brother!
There was so much good food! I was definitely a little sugar high by the end of the evening, but that also could have been from the buzz of being around the other amazing VIP bloggers who were also in attendance.
Peggy, the owner and our awesome host for the evening also shared with us that when a trend hits Asia, that they will be bringing it there to Mango Rabbit. So be sure to stop by to try the latest yumminess that they have available.
You can find Mango Rabbit in booths 5 and 6 at Phoenix Night Market on April 20th-21st and try these special menu items for yourself. Get your tickets and more information here.
