Sweet Heart Sweet Tart Juice


This is one of my favorite juice recipes that I've created thus far! Take advantage of the seasonal availability of cranberries with this delicious juice that kids love too! Sweet with a hint of tartness to make things interesting, make a batch for your sweetheart (or yourself!) and enjoy all the yummy properties this juice has to offer! ♥


1 12 oz. bag of Cranberries

2 1/2 medium-sized Green Apples

2 Red Apples (I used Gala)

2 16-oz. bags of Carrots

*Put all ingredients through your juicer (starting with the cranberries, the harder ingredients will help push the rest of the cranberry through). If you don't have a juicer you can put all the ingredients in your blender and add coconut water until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!*

♥Cranberries are a great source of Vitamins C, E and K as well as provide defense against free radicals, and help prevent urinary tract infections and cardiovascular disease due to their anti-inflammatory properties.
