D.I.D. with Cazoshay Golden Milk Latte
Yesterday I officially launched my newest, multi-use Superfood Powder blend: Golden Milk! Turmeric is the star of this blend, touting brain, immune and digestion support, inflammation reduction and gentle detoxing benefits, among other things. The turmeric is combined with ginger root, cinnamon and black pepper (black pepper makes the benefits of turmeric more bio-available, aka easier for your body to use.)
This ancient Ayurvedic blend has been used for centuries to improve and maintain health. There are different methods and techniques to making it, but through research and testing, I’ve found what feels like the perfect balance in an easy-to use, travel-friendly packet! For just $5! Here are some of the benefits of Golden Milk:
•Helps prevent and treat the cold and flu
•Helps with digestion
•Helps clear skin (including conditions such as eczema)
•Helps treat autoimmune disease
•Reduces arthritis pain
•Improves reproductive health for women
•Assists in weight loss
•Helps balance blood sugar
See my easy Golden Milk Latte recipe below to experience the delicious benefits of my newest blend.
- 1/2-1 teaspoon D.I.D. with Cazoshay Golden Milk Superfood Powder
- 2 cups vegan milk (I recommend coconut)
- 1 tablespoon agave, maple syrup or raw honey (adjust to taste)
- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- Whip with a whisk or milk frother to combine and make foam on the top.
- Cook on medium heat until warm (don't let it boil.)
- Pour into a mug and use milk frother again if desired.
P.S. You can also use this recipe and blend it in a blender instead of heating on the stove for a delicious, frothy Golden Milk drink.
