Orange Carrot Ginger Juice w/ bonus #ZeroWaste Pulp Cracker Recipe!

This juice is literally so delicious! It’s refreshing and that feeling is boosted with the beautiful bright orange color. Check out this delicious juice recipes and enjoy the fact that you can also do it zero waste style with the addition of making crackers out of the remaining pulp! See the easy recipes below!

Ingredients  (Juice)

  • Handful of carrots

  • 4 tangerines or 1 orange

  • 3 small joints of ginger

  • 4 C water

  • Ice (small handful)

Directions (Juice) 

  1. Add all ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Squeeze juice+pull through a nut milk bag.

  3. Set pulp aside for your crackers.

Ingredients (Pulp Crackers) 

  • 1 C juice pulp

  • 1 T chia seeds

  • 3 T agave

  • 2 t coconut oil

Directions (Crackers) 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Spread on parchment paper on top of a dehydrator tray.

  3. Gently score with a knife to form crackers.

  4. Dehydrate on 110 degrees until crunchy goodness is achieved.

  5. Break apart and enjoy!
