Orange Carrot Ginger Juice w/ bonus #ZeroWaste Pulp Cracker Recipe!

This juice is literally so delicious! It’s refreshing and that feeling is boosted with the beautiful bright orange color. Handful of carrots
4 tangerines or 1 orange
3 small joints of ginger
4 C water
Ice (small handful)
Add all ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth.
Squeeze juice+pull through a nut milk bag.
Set pulp aside for your crackers.
Ingredients (Pulp Crackers)
1 C juice pulp
1 T chia seeds
3 T agave
2 t coconut oil
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Spread on parchment paper on top of a dehydrator tray.
Gently score with a knife to form crackers.
Dehydrate on 110 degrees until crunchy goodness is achieved.
Break apart and enjoy!
