Join us for our next virtual support group meeting for parents living with brain injuries as we explore expression and creativity in a gentle, supportive space to celebrate National Poetry Month. Not a parent? No worries, this month any survivor is welcome to attend!

🗓️ **April 17th, 2025**

📍 **Online via Zoom https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/DiSWBHjTTZacjXREqe6aHw**

🧠 Hosted by Cazoshay Marie & Resilient Roots

In addition to a group discussion on creativity after brain injury, this session has a special activity: "Texture & Emotion Freewrite" — a super simple sensory-friendly creative writing activity designed to help you connect with your emotions and imagination, using everyday textures as inspiration.

đź’ˇ **To prepare bring:**

- Something to write with (pen and paper, a keyboard, or even a voice-to-text app)

- Your beautiful self—no pressure, no perfection needed 💛

Whether you’re a writer or not, whether you think you’re creative or not, wherever you’re at in your healing journey…this activity is for *everyone*—come as you are and write what feels true. Sharing is optional but always welcome!
