Join us for a powerful and affirming virtual poetry workshop centered on creativity, connection, and the lived experiences of disabled individuals.

Led by disability advocate, poet, artist and brain injury survivor Cazoshay Marie, this workshop is a brave and creative space designed for disabled folks and caregivers to explore self-expression through poetry. Whether you're a seasoned writer or new to the page, this gathering will offer opportunities to reflect, write, share, and connect in community.

What to Expect:

  • Grounding mindfulness + community check-in

  • Guided writing prompts that center your unique voice

  • A featured poetry reading by Cazoshay Marie (a different featured reader will be at each session in the future, email Cazoshay if you’re interested in being featured)

  • Optional sharing circle with affirming, non-critical feedback

  • A welcoming, accessible space for all
